Besonderer Hinweis für digitale Produkte
Das Widerrufsrecht läuft vorzeitig ab if you explicitly agreed to begin the contract (i.e., use the activation key) before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledged that this results in a loss of your right to withdraw.
Für Tape Label Studio, das heisst:
- Sie können eine Rückerstattung beantragen nur wenn der Aktivierungsschlüssel nicht verwendet wurde.
- Nach der Aktivierung des Lizenzschlüssels erlischt das Widerrufsrecht.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie vom Vertrag zurücktreten, bevor Sie den Aktivierungsschlüssel verwenden, erstatten wir Ihnen alle von Ihnen erhaltenen Zahlungen zurück,
einschließlich der Versandkosten (sofern zutreffend), unverzüglich und spätestens 14 Tage vom Erhalt Ihrer Widerrufserklärung.
Die Rückerstattung erfolgt mit derselben Zahlungsmethode, die Sie für die ursprüngliche Transaktion verwendet haben, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde.
Für diese Rückzahlung werden Ihnen keine Entgelte berechnet.
